Cleaning Plus Package Includes:

• Key hold service (Anyone who needs access to the house eg alarm companies/ insurance/ deliveries etc can contact me to arrange appointments) .
• Regular checks on the property. (To inspect any incidents or security issues and water any indoor house plants). Check the post box.
• Provide emergency contact for urgent issues or security matters or general concerns.
• Arrange urgent and general repairs and maintenance for the property.
• With authorisation can collect any notices or deal with general issues regarding all utilities/car fines etc .

(Property checks included in fee. Hourly fee charged according for any duties carried out)
